1 on 1 Text-Based Coaching
1 on 1 text-based coaching is as effective as in person therapy or in person life coaching. These sessions are designed to equip you with the skills needed to develop healthy coping behaviors, change negative thought patterns, manage your stress and daily life, navigate your relationships, and much more, depending on the specific necessities of each client.
Whether you need consistent coaching, urgent advice, or simply someone who can create a safe space for you, everything you share with your coach is kept in strict confidence.
Voice-Based Coaching
This one-month program provides access to your coach, Amanda P, through voice message exchanges (3 to 5 messages per week)

Flexibility and Convenience: There’s no need to schedule sessions, making it easier for both the coach and client to communicate at their convenience. This can be especially helpful for clients with busy or unpredictable schedules, or those in different time zones.
Ability to Re-listen and Reflect: Clients can revisit Amanda P’s voice messages whenever they want. This allows you to process new insights at your own pace, and absorb advice more thoroughly.
Reduced Performance Pressure: In a live call, clients might feel pressured to respond immediately. Voice messages allow you to respond thoughtfully, which can lead to more reflective answers.
