Text based 1:1 coaching doesn’t require scheduling. You will always have unlimited communication, meaning that you can message your coach whenever you need to. You will only need to choose the day you’d wish to start once you make your purchase.
The response times might not be immediately since the conversations are not scheduled. Amanda P will see your messages and respond to you throughout the day.
The coaching is done through Telegram or email.

Amanda P is certified in trauma recovery using DBT. In her sessions, she likes to use different therapy techniques (if necessary) depending on the needs of each client:
