Depending on the membership you choose, you will be able to communicate with your coach:
Once (one-time access = unlimited messaging within a 24-hour window frame), weekly (access to unlimited messaging with a duration of one week, and it can be renewed), or monthly (one full month access to unlimited messaging, and it can be renewed).
Text based 1:1 coaching doesn’t require scheduling. You will always have unlimited communication, meaning that you can message your coach whenever you need to. You will only need to choose the day you’d wish to start once you make your purchase.
The response times might not be immediately since the conversations are not scheduled. Your coach will see your messages and respond to you throughout the day.
The coaching is done through Telegram or email.
About your coach
Amanda P is certified in trauma recovery using DBT. In her sessions, she likes to use different therapy techniques (if necessary) depending on the needs of each client:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Narrative Therapy
She also specializes in techniques like mindfulness, reprogramming your subconscious mind, or goal setting.
Most importantly, she likes to offer emotional support and guidance to everyone who needs to either reconnect with their true selves, heal, manage stress, need life or relationship advice, etc.
